Mega Skill Centre

Mega Skill Centre (Jharkhand)

The Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS) represents the Government of Jharkhand's vision to establish Mega Skill Centres in Ranchi and East Singhbum. Their ultimate goal is to convert them into centres of excellence that target skill-training for specialised sectors, like Manufacturing/ Strategic Manufacturing, Agriculture and Food Processing , Electronics, Telecom , IT and ITES, Handicrafts and Handlooms, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Housing, Hospitality, Retail, Tourism, and Apparels, Textiles and Garments.

They got us, CMC Skills, on board to help turn that goal into reality, as we bring our proven track-record in adding valuable skill to people’s lives.

We’re well on course to ambitiously deliver on all the key objectives of the project:

  • Establishing, maintaining and managing the Mega Skill Centres
  • Enabling a skill capacity of training 3000 to 5000 beneficiaries per year (both residential & non-residential training)
  • Providing and executing training courses as per the industry requirements, along with certification
  • Maintaining a strategic breakup of providing skill to at least 50% of candidates for wage-employment, and 20% for self-employment.

The Mega Skills Centre will be a landmark venture in India’s quest in bridging the skill-deficiency gap in the market. We, at CMC Skills, are proud to play a part in this.
